After seeing everyone’s festive posts for St. Patrick’s Day, I felt I needed one of my own. Nothing screams St. Patrick’s Day more than beer, green and Irish so I decided to whip up some Guinness Brownies. After seeing Leah over at Inspire & Indulge drizzle Andes Mints on some sugar cookies, I was craving Andes Mints. So to add a little “green” to my dish I added an Andes Mint topping 😀

Yes, Andes mints are so delicious! Thanks! 🙂
Brownies and minty desserts are two of my top cravings (and now that I’ve read this post, my cravings are raging!). This is the best of both worlds, and they look perfectly fudge and moist. YUM.
