Summer is always busy…there are so many fun things I want to do and there never seems to be enough time.

There are so many places I want to see and food I want to make.

Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread
~Gluten-free, dairy-free

This past weekend was spent camping in Durango, Colorado. It is always great to get away but nothing seems to get done while I’m gone! πŸ™‚

The inspiration for baking gluten and dairy-free was my friend that joined us…

Gluten-free & Dairy-free Brownies

You can probably tell, I just barely snagged a picture of these! They were delicious, if I may say so myself πŸ˜€

There are no recipes to share today but soon πŸ™‚

Also, stay tuned for honeyville, Ska Brewery, Durango Brewing Company, Mexican Fiesta and much more!

In Colorado, whenever there is a storm, blue skies are never far away…

  1. Oy, Word press ate my comment. One more time with feeling: I love the mood of this post and wish that I could reach out and steal one bite (who am I kidding, many many bites!) of this YUM choc chip zucchini bread.

Comments make me :D
