The ribs were marinated the night before and then slow cooked in the oven for a few hours…finally they were grilled until fall-off-the-bone perfection.
The flank steak was also very delicious…with a secret ingredient of PBR lol. I guess it is good for something!
To swallow down our food we had some beers by Coney Island…a pilsner and an IPA style lager. Both were tasty! I really enjoyed the IPA of course 🙂 It wasn’t too heavy…lots of great flavor but it is brewed with a lager yeast giving it a bit of a lighter body.
We got to enjoy the presence of a cute baby bunny…
Only this bunny (unlike all others!) was not scared of us…it went right up to my sister’s husband and started crawling on his leg.

My father does not eat gluten so I made him a gluten-free angel food cake. I will post the GF Angel Food Cake recipe soon! 😀
